Clement Receives University Of Mississippi’s Highest Academic Honor

Clement, who is majoring in Integrated Marketing Communications, was recognized during ceremonies held April 9, including a dinner at The Inn at Ole Miss followed by an awards ceremony at the Gertrude C. Ford Center for the Performing Arts.

The Taylor Medals were established at Ole Miss in 1904 by Dr. William A. Taylor of Booneville in memory of his son, Marcus Elvis Taylor, an honored 1871 graduate of the university.

The award is presented annually to no more than one percent of the university’s student body.
