FFA Students Sell Ferns To Raise Funds

Water Valley High School FFA students have been growing ferns in their greenhouse since October. The club has 150 Boston ferns that are available for the public and cost $15. Call the agriculture department at 473-3427 to place orders.

Also the FFA will have Better Boy tomato plants and assorted bedding annuals including impatiens, begonias and marigolds available to the public on April 15.  

All proceeds generated by greenhouse sales support FFA activities, including attending the state convention at Mississippi State University, attending the Summer Leadership Camp in Raymond and other leadership activities undertaken by the group.
