Grand Juries Return 41 Indictments In Yalobusha County

YALOBUSHA – Two Yalobusha County grand juries returned a combined 41 indictments during their March 31 term — 29 in the Second Judicial District in Water Valley and 12 in the First Judicial District in Coffeeville.
The indictments remain sealed until the accused are served by law enforcement. However, at least three indictments have already been served, including charges of burglary, drug possession and aggravated assault.
In the First Judicial District, Lytansil Jenkins was indicted on two counts of burglary of a building stemming from incidents on Nov. 6 and Nov. 7, 2025, involving a business identified as Farmacy Marketplace. The indictment notes prior felony convictions and seeks habitual offender status.
Also in the First Judicial District, Larry Eugene Stricklin was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in an amount between two and 10 grams related to an incident on Feb. 9, 2024.
In the Second Judicial District, Stricklin was additionally indicted for aggravated assault, accused of causing bodily injury to another individual with a deadly weapon during an incident on Nov. 19, 2024.

Dec. 10 Grand Juries
Indictments returned by grand juries on Dec. 10, that have been served and not previously reported are:
First District
A four-defendant indictment charges Zamarion Daniels, Amber Nicole Dogan, Eric Hampton and Dakeia Ashi Smith in connection with a June 25, 2025 shooting incident. According to the indictment, the group is accused of conspiring to commit a drive-by shooting, attempting to cause serious bodily injury by discharging a firearm at an individual, and firing into an occupied dwelling.
Also in the First Judicial District, Justin Wayne Winters faces multiple indictments tied to methamphetamine sales on separate dates in 2024. The charges include sales of more than 10 grams but less than 30 grams, as well as additional counts involving amounts between two and 10 grams. Court records show Winters has prior felony convictions, and prosecutors are seeking enhanced punishment under Mississippi’s habitual offender statute.
Robert Lee Anderson was indicted for selling methamphetamine in an amount between 10 and 30 grams to a confidential informant. The indictment outlines a lengthy criminal history, including prior convictions for aggravated assault, multiple cocaine sales, possession of a weapon by a felon, and methamphetamine sales, and seeks habitual offender status.
Kerry Gene Davidson was indicted for allegedly firing a pistol or other firearm into a dwelling house on March 31, 2024.
Second District
Candice Leigh Sims was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in an amount greater than 0.1 grams but less than two grams. The indictment notes prior felony convictions, including conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft and possession of stolen property, and seeks habitual offender status.
Ji’Reginald Urale Hervey was indicted on two counts of selling fentanyl to a confidential informant on separate dates in January 2024. One charge involves a sale of 40 dosage units or more, while the second involves a sale of 20 dosage units or more.
Malachi Amadre Vaughn was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in an amount less than two grams stemming from a June 25, 2024 incident.
McKendrick Bounds was indicted for possession of marijuana in an amount less than 30 grams related to a February 6, 2025 incident.
Stephan Jakeem Slater was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in an amount less than two grams connected to a Nov. 3, 2023 incident.
Terry Elizabeth Reeder, also known as Terry Elizabeth Gray, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine in an amount between two and 10 grams tied to a January 15, 2024 case. The indictment also cites prior convictions for uttering forgery and seeks enhanced sentencing as a habitual offender.
