Lights Out Tonight!

The power outage is predicted to last for several hours, according to Joe Newman, manager of the Water Valley Electric Department. The work could be cancelled again if rain moves into the area. The current prediction is for a 40% chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight and into the early morning hours.

The outage will only effect customers who are served by TVA. Law enforcement is prepared.
