Law Enforcement Report
Emergency responders work to remove the door from a Toyota Prius involved in a two-vehicle crash last Friday just after noon at the intersection of Hwy. 7 and Hwy. 315. The driver of the vehicle was transported to Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. WATER VALLEY – Lt. Rick McCuan reported the following law enforcement activity within the Water Valley City limits during the past week:
• Made an arrest for driving without a license;
• Made an arrest for driving under suspension;
• Made an arrest for trespassing;
• Took a report of leaving the scene of an accident;
• Took a report of simple assault;
• Issued 21 traffic citations;
• Investigated one vehicle crash at the intersection of Hwy. 315 and Hwy. 7.
