Bumpy Ride On Hwy. 32 East

Emergency responders used a rope to pull Eric Davis from the bridge construction site on Hwy. 32 east just before 11 p.m. Friday night. Water Valley firefighters, emergency medical responders, Sheriff’s deputies, and the Highway Patrol had to slog through the mud to pull the apparently uninjured Davis from the pit after his pickup truck that had run past a barricade and slammed into the concrete culvert.
