Law Enforcement Report

WATER VALLEY – Lt. Rick McCuan reported the following law enforcement activity within the Water Valley City limits during the past two weeks:

• Made four arrests for disorderly conduct;

• Made three arrests for driving under suspension;

• Made three arrests for possession of marijuana;

• Made two arrests for DUI;

• Made an arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia;

• Made an arrest on a warrant for Lafayette County;

• Made an arrest for public drunk;

• Made three arrests for possession of a controlled substance;

• Made three arrests for malicious mischief;

• Took two reports of malicious mischief;

• Made an arrest for simple domestic assault;

• Took a report of telephone profanity;

• Took a report of leaving the scene of an accident;

• Took a report of disturbing the peace;

• Took a report of stalking;

• Took a report of grand larceny;

• Took a report of simple assault;

• Issued a citation for disturbing the peace, loud music;

• Issued a citation for violation of the city junk ordinance;

• Issued 35 traffic citations.
