Devils Headed To State

Water Valley’s baseball team celebrated after Monday’s win against Booneville, shaving coach Doug Robbins’ hair. The win, the team’s second in a two-out-of-three series in the North Half Championship, advances the team to the state playoffs. For a complete story, go to the Sports section of this site.

The games will be broadcast on radio 105.5. The first is set for 4 p.m. Tuesday and the second at 10 a.m. Thursday. If a third game is needed, it will be played Saturday.
