Yalobusha County Election Results

Alan Nunnelee won the GOP primary in Mississippi’s First Congressional District and was top vote getter in Yalobusha County with 279 of 526 votes cast. Angela McGlowan got 67 votes and Henry Ross 171, according to unofficial results from Tuesday’s election.

The 526 votes cast in the Republican Primary represent about 5 percent of the 8843 registered voters in Yalobusha County, said Circuit Clerk Daryl Burney.
