Law Enforcement Report

WATER VALLEY – Lt. Rick McCuan reported the following law enforcement activity within the Water Valley City limits during the past two week period:

• Made five arrests for domestic simple assault;

• Made two arrests for possession of marijuana;

• Made two arrests for driving under suspension;

• Made an arrest for simple assault;

• Made an arrest for disturbance of the family;

• Made an arrest for no drivers license;

• Made an arrest for controlled substance;

• Took three reports of malicious mischief;

• Took three accident reports;

• Took two reports of burglary;

• Took a report of simple assault;

• Took a report of telephone profanity;

• Took a report of attempted suicide;

• Issued a citation for violation of the City dog ordinance;

• Served a Youth Court summons for a child in need of supervision;

• Issued 55 traffic citations.
