    Tract 1: A part or parcel of the South half of fractional Section 10, Township 11 South, Range 7 West, Second Judicial District of Yalobusha County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows:
    Beginning at an iron pin that is located South 11 degrees 31 minutes East a distance of 625.57 feet from the intersection of the North boundary of the South Half of fractional Section 10, and easterly boundary of U.S. 51 Highway, said point of intersection also marked with a brass capped concrete monument inscribed U.S. Reservation Boundary Corner No. 44; thence South 11 degrees 31 minutes East along the easterly boundary of U.S. 51 Highway for a distance of 154.88 feet; thence North 78 degrees 29 minutes East for a distance of 127.50 feet to a fence; thence North 11 degrees 48 minutes East along a fence for a distance of 154.89 feet; thence South 78 degrees 29 minutes West for a distance of 126.75 feet to the point of beginning, enclosing 0.452 acres.
  Track 2: Lying and being situated in the Second Judicial District of Yalobusha County, Mississippi, to-wit:
  A part or parcel of the South one-half of fractional Section 10, Township 11 South, Range 7 West, Second Judicial District, Yalobusha County, Mississippi, more particularly described as follows:
  Beginning at an iron pin located South 11 degrees 31 minutes East a distance of 440.8 feet from the intersection of the northerly boundary of the South one-half of fractional section 10 and the easterly boundary of U.S.Highway No. 51, said  point of intersection also marked with a  brass capped concrete monument, inscribed U.S. Reservation Boundary corner N. 44, thence South 11 degrees 31 minutes East along the easterly boundary of U.S. Highway No. 51 for a distance of 184.77 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 29 minutes East for  distance of 126.75 feet; thence North 12 degrees 18 minutes West for  distance of 120.09 feet; then North 88 degrees 41 minutes West for  distance of 80.05 feet; thence North 56 degrees 37 minutes West for  distance of 66.44 feet to the point of beginning, enclosing 0.41 acres.
  You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Mechanics Bank, Plaintiff seeking the Reformation of Deeds in Chain of Title. Defendants other than you in this action are Bonita Dianne Best Turner, Stacy Best, Wanda Smallwood, Paula Ann Best and John J. Crow, Jr. You are required to mail or hand deliver a written response to the Complaint filed against you in this action to Daniel M. Martin, Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose post office and street address is 203 Wagner Street, Water Valley, Mississippi 38965.
    YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NO LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE 17th DAY OF JANUARY, 2013, WHICH IS THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF YALOBUSHA 2ND JDC
    WHEREAS, on December 29, 2009, Lacey R. Willis executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto George Haymans IV, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Mechanics Bank its successors and assigns, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Yalobusha 2nd JDC County, Mississippi in Book 20092, Page 3868; and
    WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned unto JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, by instrument recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 20122, Page 2279 and
    WHEREAS, the holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and/or appointed Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Trustee in said Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk ; Book 20122, Page 3427 and

    Beginning on the West line of the Right-of Way of the Illinois Central Railroad 210 feet North of the Northeast corner of Lot No. 2 West, run Northwardly parallel with the railroad right-of-way 210 feet; thence Westwardly at a right angle with the line aforesaid 210 feet; thence Southwardly at a right angle with the last mentioned line above, 210 feet; thence Eastwardly to the point of beginning. This being the lot of land conveyed to Aubrey E. Davis and Judy P. Davis on June 30th, 2003 as recorded in Book E-80 at Page 589, and being recorded among the records of deed for the Second District of Yalobusha County, at Water Valley, Mississippi.
    The above described property being situated in the Second District of Yalobusha County, State of Mississippi, and in the City of Water Valley, Mississippi. Property is being sold “as-is where-is”.
