WATER VALLEY – Some of the local winners and participants in the recent 4-H Horse Art Contest are on display through February at Renasant Bank on Central St.
The show is done to encourage 4-H members enrolled in the club’s Horse Project as well as those members who do not have a horse, but are interested in houses and related activities. Former County Agent Steve Cummings said that he hopes the show will inspire other young people to show off their artistic abilities.
To apply for the upcoming show, participants must be 8 to 18 years old. Works must be submitted before June 1 and be “wall ready.”
For information contact Cummings at 662-709-0096 or Lisa Byford at 662-675-8901 or (cell) 662-229-6029.
This show is the  latest installment of a series of rotating show sponsored by the bank and the Water Valley Arts Council.
