Deputy Thomas West was following up on a theft investigation when he found these marijuana plants at a residence on Hwy. 315 North.
Tyler Houston Dickey was charged after deputies discovered eight plants ranging from four inches to 18 inches tall at a residence, according to Sheriff Lance Humphreys.
Humphreys said his deputies were following up on a theft investigation that occurred on the property on Hwy. 315 North two weeks earlier.
