School Registration Scheduled May 17-19
WATER VALLEY – Registration for Water Valley High School and Davidson Elementary for the 2016-2017 school year is scheduled May 17-19. Registration for the high school will be held in the cafeteria at Water Valley High School from 3:30 to 6 p.m. and the Davidson Elementary registration will be held in the cafeteria at Davidson Elementary at the same time.
Parents or legal guardians of returning students must provide birth certificate, social security card, and two proofs of residence, along with filling out the registration packet. The registration packet will be available on site. All new students must also provide the Mississippi Immunization 121 Form.
The approved resident documents that will be accepted are: filed homestead exemption form, mortgage documents or property deed, apartment or home lease, utility bills-gas, electric, water, driver’s license or state issued ID, voter precinct identification, and automobile registration. The residency must be for the 2016 year and the utility bills must be within the last three months.
Cellular phone bills and affidavits will not be accepted. Incomplete packets will be returned to the parent/guardian and not accepted until it is complete.
Families will NO longer register at OPEN HOUSE or on the first day of school.
